Each piece is hand-made by artisans local to the Mayan Region, using local woods obtained through traditional and eco-sustainable practices.

CNS has partners with deep roots in the community and culture of the Mayan region. It is through these partners that CNS is able to collaborate with the artisans and ensure mutually beneficial relationships, both with them and their communities.

Does CNS offer discounted pricing?

How long do orders take?

Most orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed same-day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Does CNS offer custom furniture offers?

CNS may accept custom furniture orders on a case-by-case basis, taking into account added cost and logistical requirements. To inquire about a custom furniture order, please submit a message on our Contact Us page with the subject “Custom Order” and a detailed description of what you are looking for and a member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible. CNS reserves the right to accept or reject any request for custom furniture.ess day.

Does CNS offer financing?

CNS does not currently offer financing. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Why doesn’t CNS provide a shipping rate at checkout?

CNS is Boston-based, and shipping logistics change dramatically depending on desired delivery destination. Once an order has been placed, CNS will reach out to you to provide a shipping quote.

What if a delivery arrives damaged?

If a delivery arrives damaged, customers must submit a claim to CNS within 72 business hours. To submit a claim, please submit a message via our Contact Us page with the subject “Damage Claim” and provide all relevant information including Order number and information, a detailed damage description, and any applicable images of the damage. CNS will do our best to rectify the situation. Please note, claims made after 72 business hours will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Does CNS include the Sales Tax at checkout?

No, CNS will reach out after an order has been placed to provide a Sales Tax quote (if applicable) based on the desired delivery destination.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on size of order and desired delivery destination. Most orders ship within 5 business days.
